Challenges:

A2C were using multiple heavy spreadsheets to manage their inventory. With each laptop having serial number as main tracking information plus over seventy technical specifications to be maintained, they soon found it hard to keep the sheets up to date what resulted in discrepancies in on-hand stock, duplicate serial numbers and a difficulty in tracking the warranty of a laptop. A wise decision is then made to move towards a system that would manage the whole cycle
